CeaseAndDesist.pro ("we," "us," or "our") is an AI-powered legal document template generation platform. We help individuals and businesses create properly structured cease and desist letters based on information they provide. We are NOT a law firm. We do NOT provide legal advice, legal services, or legal representation. Use of this platform does not create an attorney-client relationship of any kind. Nothing on this platform should be relied upon as legal advice. If you are facing a serious legal situation, we strongly encourage you to consult a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction.

By creating an account or using CeaseAndDesist.pro in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use this platform. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to use this platform. By creating an account, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement and that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the platform.

You agree to use CeaseAndDesist.pro only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations. You must NOT use this platform to: • Generate letters containing false or fraudulent claims • Harass, threaten, or intimidate any individual or organization • Engage in any form of extortion or unlawful demand • Violate the rights of any third party • Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the platform's operation We reserve the right to review, suspend, or remove any generated content that violates these Terms.

Our AI assistant ("Alex") is designed to gather information and generate structured letter templates based on that information. Alex does NOT provide legal advice. The quality and effectiveness of your letter depends entirely on the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide. Generated letters are templates. You are solely responsible for reviewing the letter carefully, verifying all information, and determining whether it is appropriate for your specific situation before sending it to any party.

We offer two pricing options: • Single Letter: $19.99 (one-time payment) • Professional Monthly: $29.99/month (cancel any time) All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card information. Refunds: If you are unsatisfied with your experience, contact us via the support ticket system in your dashboard within 7 days of your purchase. We review all refund requests fairly and promptly. We do not guarantee refunds in all cases, but we are committed to resolving disputes ethically. Subscriptions automatically renew each month until cancelled. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.

The content, design, trademarks, and technology of CeaseAndDesist.pro are owned by us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain full ownership of the information you provide and the letters generated for you. By using the platform, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your information solely for the purpose of providing the service.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT: • Letters generated will be legally effective or enforceable • The platform will be error-free or uninterrupted • The AI output will be accurate, complete, or fit for your specific purpose TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM OR RELIANCE ON ANY GENERATED DOCUMENT. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the service is to stop using it and, if applicable, request a refund as described in Section 7.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CeaseAndDesist.pro, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from: • Your use of the platform • Your violation of these Terms • Any action taken based on a letter generated by the platform • Any false or misleading information you provided

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
